Peppe’s Background

My name is Peppe Schembri and I’ve trained Jiu Jitsu almost my entire life, having earned my black belt at Gracie Barra in Rio de Janeiro from Carlos Gracie Jr. I have always led an active lifestyle and participated in other activities including surfing, mountaineering, body movement, breathing exercises, competitive long-distance running and road biking. I have always been interested in overall wellness.

Schembri Method

I have created a program to strengthen both mind and body. I’ve battled chronic inflammation and participated in alternative health and wellness remedies around the world. I know based on my own experience what works—I believe using simple and efficient techniques, you will be able to improve all aspects of your mind and body through strength training, balance work, flexibility, resistance, meditation and breath work. 

Join Us on Saturdays

Schembri Method class is held every Saturday between 12 pm and 2 pm, where we combine kettlebell exercises, body movement, breath work and capped off with ice baths (and optional sauna) to give you one of the most fulfilling mind and body workouts you’ll will ever get. Schembri Method is open to everyone both young and old and will increase your strength and flexibility. Learn more at
